TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Customer must return a repairable core within 10 days.
  
• If core is not received within 30 days, you will be invoiced for the core charge.
  
• Cores may take up to 60 days for evaluation and refund.
  
• If your core is not the same manufacturer and exact part number, you may be billed a core charge, or partial core charge, determined solely by API Repair upon evaluation of your core.
  
• If your core is unrepairable, damaged or BER a core charge applies.

Always specify aircraft voltage, panel tilt and lighting voltage.  You are allowed 10 days to return your repairable instrument to us.

We have a large inventory base available to provide convenient exchanges for your instrument.  Please have your manufacturer and part number available when you call.  We may offer a comparable/compatible remanufactured unit with same form, fit and function.
