TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Customer must return a repairable core within 10 days.
  
• If core is not received within 30 days, you will be invoiced for the core charge.
  
• Cores may take up to 60 days for evaluation and refund.
  
• If your core is not the same manufacturer and exact part number, you may be billed the entire core charge, or partial core charge, determined solely by API Repair upon evaluation of your core.
  
• If your core is unrepairable or damaged BER, you will be charged for the entire core charge.
  
• Only Net 30 pay terms customers will have the up-front core charged waived, all other customers are responsible for up-front core charge at time of order and any refunds will be issued after return core is evaluated.

Always specify aircraft voltage, panel tilt and lighting voltage.  You are allowed 10 days to return your repairable instrument to us.

We have a large inventory base available to provide convenient exchanges for your instrument.  Please have your manufacturer and part number available when you call.  We may offer a comparable/compatible remanufactured unit with same form, fit and function.
